General provisions

The fact of placing an order with JURA GRAVITÉ implies for the customer the unreserved adherence to the present conditions of sale. The acceptance of certain special conditions is only exceptional and concerns only one order.

Reservation, order

Les commandes ne sont définitives que lorsqu’elles ont été confirmées par courrier ou courriel par JURA GRAVITÉ, et après versement d’un acompte de 30 % de la valeur totale de la commande.

L’acceptation et la signature d’un devis n’entraînent la commande définitive qu’après confirmation par JURA GRAVITÉ.
Cette confirmation reprend les informations essentielles au bon déroulement des séances : activité, lieux, horaires, rendez-vous, nombre de participants….

Modification, cancellation of order

Vous pouvez modifier votre commande dans la mesure des possibilités de JURA GRAVITÉ.

You can cancel your order up to 4 days in advance. Beyond this period, if the modification is not feasible or if you wish to cancel the order, the deposit paid will not be refunded. Orders cancelled on the same day will be invoiced in full.

JURA GRAVITÉ's instructors can modify or cancel a session at the place and time of the appointment if the conditions, particularly weather conditions, do not allow the activities to be carried out safely.

In case of foreseeable unfavourable conditions, JURA GRAVITÉ will propose another date. Cancellation by JURA GRAVITÉ will result in the return of your deposit.

Rates, invoicing, method of payment

The rates presented are inclusive of tax. They include the supervision of your sessions by qualified instructors according to the regulations of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, as well as the provision of all the equipment necessary for the practice of the activities.

An invoice for the service will be given to you, or sent within a reasonable period of time. Your deposit can be returned to you with the invoice. Our services are to be paid within 8 days of receipt of the invoice.
